A-lehdet is increasing its ownership of the growth marketing agency Genero. Through acquisition, A-lehdet owns 79% of the company’s shares. This acquisition supports the growth strategy, according to which A-lehdet is constantly on the lookout for new business models to complement its media business operations.

‘Over the last 12 months, we have been putting together a shared selection of services and creating a strategic pathway. Genero has convinced both us and our clients with its digital expertise, and its significant growth has shown us that there is a clear demand for these services,’ Kaisa Ala-Laurila, the CEO of A-lehdet, says.

The acquisition will provide an excellent addition to the services available for the B2B clients of A-lehdet. Alongside our strong content-related skills, we will now be able to provide various growth marketing and website design services. The B2B sales of A-lehdet offers its clients both strong media and diverse services, ranging from content and channel strategies to content design, production and distribution.
