The principles for the operating culture and values of A-lehdet are:
- Courage: We strive to learn new things and explore the phenomena of our time and life from fresh perspectives. We dare to bring topics into discussion - constructively. This mindset also applies to our own work.
- Joy: We bring joy to everyday life and celebrations, as well as to our own actions and work. Positivity and a playful spark are the spice of life - without forced cheerfulness. We celebrate shared successes.
- Collaboration: Success comes only through collaboration - within our group, across networks, and with our customers. The world needs humanity and empathy, and we are committed to cultivating both. We share what we learn.
- Goal Orientation: We have shared goals. We build the future of business creatively and uncompromisingly, while renewing our foundation. We dare to make choices and invest according to our vision.
