We have chosen the following five principles to represent our operating culture:

The principles for the operating culture of A-lehdet are:

  1. Appreciation: Our work is always based on trust. We appreciate everyone’s contribution, and we are all equally valuable regardless of one's role.
  2. Regeneration: We have the courage to question our ways of operating and to learn something new together every day.
  3. Cooperation: By working together and sharing things we can achieve the best possible results.
  4. A good vibe: Our ways of working are flexible, and we get things done by focusing on what matters.
  5. Transparency: We are open about our goals and work, and we actively share information amongst our staff.
